Dates to Remember

  • For the room block rate of $199 per night for single/double, make your hotel reservations at the Santa Clara Marriott by , Monday, November 12, 2012.
  • CLICK HERE to Register your Exhibit Staff by Friday, November 16, 2012.
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Forms are due NLT Tuesday, November 13, 2012
  • Submit your order and payment to the show decorator, TriCord Inc., by Tuesday, November 13, 2012 to get sizable discount. Orders not paid by this cut-off date are subject to Floor Order pricing.
  • Advanced freight receiving deadline is November 20th, 2012 by 3:00pm Pacific.

Exhibitor Service Manual (kit)

Exhibits will be in the California Ballroom. The show floor is carpeted (mulit-color). Drape colors are blue/blue/silver/blue/blue with blue side drapes.

Steps to access your online Exhibitor Service Kit:
Go to www.tricord.net
At the far right of menu options, select Client Log in
Scroll down to Server Design Summit
Enter the password 2012sds

Please be sure to “register with TriCord” by filling in and faxing the Payment Form to TriCord so that they have this on file for the show.

Shipping Information - details for advance warehouse or direct shipments given below:

TriCord offers Cartload Service to assist with the move-in and move out of Exhibitors with small amounts of exhibit materials. This is one (1) laborer with one (1) pushcart, for one (1) trip. Service will be made one way from the dock to your booth or your booth to the dock. The charge for this service is $45.00 one way. Please see Exhibitor Kit – Cartload Service Order Form.

Advance shipping begins Friday, October 26th and ends Wednesday, November 20th at 3:30pm. Ship to the advanced warehouse at this address (label for download follows)

Registering your Complimentary Full-Conference Attendee(s)

As part of your Exhibiting/Sponsoring package, you are entitled to one or more complimentary full-conference registrations (as stated in your Application).

Please pre-register the person(s) using your Complimentary Full-Conference Registrations. Karla will send worksheets to all Exhibitors and Sponsors to complete and return by November 16, 2012. If you do not receive a Comp Registration Form, please contact karla@ServerDesignSummit.com

No charge for Speakers - Speakers from Exhibiting and Sponsoring companies can register online and receive a full-conference registration for no charge.  Use Priority Code SPEXH for a speaker’s badge – full conference plus access to exhibits before/after normal show hours.

Discount for Colleagues - The full conference rate is $695 early or $995 at the door.  We’re offering Exhibiting companies a $100 discount so members of your team can take part in the leading-edge tutorials, sessions & workshops being presented.  When registering online, enter Priority Code SPGP for the discounted rates of $595 online or $895 at the door.
